Processing Time
All in-stock pieces are prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after your order is confirmed.
Each item undergoes a final quality inspection before being packaged for delivery.
Made-to-order and custom pieces may require additional time for production — typically 2–3 weeks, depending on the design.
If your order includes both in-stock and custom items, we’ll ship them together once all pieces are ready unless otherwise requested.

International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees once the package arrives in the destination country.
Auvier Jewelry is not responsible for customs delays, but we’ll always assist with tracking and documentation when possible.

Signature & Delivery
For security, all Auvier packages require a signature upon delivery.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or forwarding addresses to ensure safe delivery.
