At Auvier, we want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return policy:
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn
• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging
• Free of any damage or alterations
Return Shipping
A $10 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover insured return handling.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
This covers inspection, processing, and quality control to ensure every piece maintains Auvier’s standards.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing may take 3–5 business days after approval
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
