Processing Time
All in-stock pieces are processed within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-order or customized pieces require 5–10 business days for preparation before shipping.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
United States Shipping
• Orders are shipped via insured carriers (USPS / UPS / FedEx depending on value and destination).
• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment.
• All jewelry is shipped fully insured and signature-required for security.
Next-day processing is available for urgent requests — please contact us prior to placing your order.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
• Delivery times vary by country (typically 5–10 business days after shipment).
• All international shipments are fully insured.
• Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you are purchasing from Bolivia, delivery can be coordinated directly or arranged for pickup.

Shipping Delays
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Auvier is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
All shipments are insured. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
