Shipping & Returns
All in-stock pieces are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Each item undergoes a final quality inspection before being packaged for delivery.
Made-to-order and custom pieces may require additional time for production — typically 2–3 weeks, depending on the design.
If your order includes both in-stock and custom items, we’ll ship them together once all pieces are ready unless otherwise requested.
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The original tags, certificates, and packaging are included.
- The piece has not been altered, engraved, or resized after purchase.
Certain pieces are made especially for you and therefore cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Engraved or modified pieces
- Made-to-order designs
